Received his B.Sc. in 2004 at the Faculty of Computer Science and Informatics, University of Ljubljana. He worked as a junior researcher at this faculty until 2009.

His research interests include computer vision, mobile robotics and distributed systems. He participated at the EU integrated project CoSy - Cognitive Systems for Cognitive Assistants, IST 004250.

He joined Xlab in 2009, extending his interests to 3D reconstruction.
