Daniel Vladušičreceived his PhD degree in computer science from the
University of Ljubljana in 2005, with thesis titled Use of qualitative
models in quantitative prediction.
His main research interest was in the field of artificial intelligence,
more precisely use of qualitative models for quantitative prediction and
numeric optimization of human behaviour strategies in the field of
behavioural cloning. He is author (or co-author) of several articles in
this field, including the article titled /Qualitatively faithful
quantiatitive prediction/, published in AI Journal (2004). This article
was fifth among the 25 hottest articles according to the ScienceDirect
in the field of Artificial intelligence.
His current research is application of qualitative strategies or
artificial intelligence in general to distributed systems.
Past projects include the Clockwork project (EU - IST 12566) and qSPAI
(Eureka-3450).
