Matej Artačreceived his B.Sc. in 2000 at the Faculty of Computer Science and Informatics, University of Ljubljana. He worked as a researcher at this faculty, receiving his M.Sc. in 2003 and his Ph.D. in 2006.
His research interests included computer vision and its application in intelligent systems. He participated at the EU integrated project CoSy - Cognitive Systems for Cognitive Assistants, IST 004250.
He has joined Xlab in 2006, extending his interests to visualisation of data.
